Michael joined Fruity-AI as one of the very first hires alongside the two founders, which is not always an easy position to step into. But Michael has handled it in a very natural way from the beginning. He has always pushed things forward in a sincere and honest fashion, with strong care for both the people he works with and the product he is building. He is not afraid to speak up or challenge opinions, but it always comes from a good place and with a lot of respect for his peers. Michael has played a key role in shaping how we build AI products. He has almost managed to scale himself through AI and helped us do more than we otherwise could as a small team. On top of that, Michael has been a big part of creating the culture at Fruity-AI. He is social, energetic and always good at bringing people together, whether it's around a product discussion, a Slack thread or a Friday beer.

Michael and I have been working closely together on quite few project during his time at Center for Digital Youth Care from 2013-2014. Among others Cyberhus.dk, Netstof.dk and Følgeven.dk. I have come to know Michael as a highly skilled web designer, a sincerely curious observer and a calm and very honest co-worker. Michael is creative, fast and intuitive in his workflow and at the same time he is able to maintain a solid focus on the quality and durability of his products. He has a great eye for simplicity and for boiling down complex situations to minimalist design solutions. I believe any company should consider themselves lucky to have Michael on the team.
